A mindful walking break is also a perfect way to relax your mind.

Depending on your class membership type, you can access a designated easel, desk, glass palette, paints, storage, and a washroom. We also offer coffee, tea, filtered water, a fridge, and a large, deep sink. Getting a quick bite at one of the local shops is also easy.

Membership includes a Wednesday morning Mindful Creativity session taught by a local expert.
